FYI: Improved Image Editing in Google Slides and Drawings!
Sometimes to get an image of Ogden's scenery just right in a doc or presentation, you need to make some small tweaks. To help you do this without leaving Slides, Docs, or Drawings, a few months ago Google made it possible to crop and add borders, and recently gave users even more control of images with a set of new editing options.
To take advantage of these new controls, select an image while working Google Apps and then click "Image Options..." on the toolbar. You will then see an "Image Options" pane (see right) that will allow you to recolor the image or make adjustments to the transparency, brightness, and contrast.
